It takes nearly 1-2 business days to dispatch your desired order. However, Customized party items might take 2-3 business days or longer. There may be times when items are temporarily unavailable. In any such case, we will notify you of any delays. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following business day. Factors like shipping method, size of package, and location might affect the shipping time. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We pack and swiftly dispatch all of our orders, so please contact us immediately to see if the order is still in process. If so, then we would be glad to add it to your existing order. However, the order may be already packaged for shipping, and in that case, we would not be able to add it to that package. Still, you can place a new order with all the desired items, and we will be happy to assist you further.

We understand that mistakes can happen at any time. In case you think you have mistakenly provided us with the wrong address, kindly let us know of changes at the earliest. After the package has been dispatched to the carrier, we are afraid we will not be able to make any changes. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the accurate address before shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not answerable for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipment on packages returned to us due to incorrect address reship at the cost paid by the customer.
