It takes nearly 1-2 business days to dispatch your desired order. However, Customized party items might take 2-3 business days longer. There may be times when items are temporarily unavailable. In any such case, we will notify you of any delays.
Orders placed on weekends are processed the following business day. Factors like shipping method, size of package, and location might affect the shipping time. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be answerable for transit delays, which is the responsibility of the mover. RETURNS:
We work tirelessly to make your experience smooth and seamless with our dedicated services and support. We put an extra amount of love, effort, and commitment into providing you with the finest party products to help you live in the moment. However, in case the products you receive do not work as intended, we will instantly issue a refund for returns received within 14 days of the purchase date.
Disclaimer: Products, including those bought in sales or damage and clearance, customized products, holiday merch, and Black Friday sale items, are not eligible for returns.
All items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be accepted for a refund.
Shipping costs for the returned goods are the sole responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be in their original packaging to be considered, and you must inform us first for approval.
